Drew Tilow

Executive Director

Drew Tilow has served as Executive Director of the Center for Local Government in Southwest Ohio since 2025, where he leads efforts to strengthen public service delivery through innovative training, shared services, information exchange, and regional collaboration. Passionate about building stronger communities, Drew brings people and ideas together to make local government more effective and efficient.
Beyond his role at the Center, Drew is deeply involved in civic life. He’s a former board president of Learning Grove and currently serves on the advisory board for the Master of Public Administration Program at Northern Kentucky University, his graduate alma mater. Drew also holds a B.A. from Ohio University.
He lives in Madeira, Ohio with his wife and son, where he continues to stay connected to the community he serves.


Jodi Martin-Puterbaugh

Jodi holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from McGregor of Antioch. She also held a K–12 Principal’s License through Wright State University and the Ohio Department of Education.

With more than 20 years of experience in urban education at Dayton Public Schools, Jodi served as a teacher, administrator, mentor, and curriculum coach. She also provided communications support at the Air Force Research Laboratory as part of the Director’s Action Group.

Jodi continues her community leadership as a Sugarcreek Township Trustee, training consultant for the Miami Valley Communications Council and serves as an adjunct instructor in Organizational Leadership at Wright State University. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Chamber of Commerce.

A dedicated advocate for veterans, Jodi honors the legacy of her grandfather, WWII paratrooper Jim “Pee Wee” Martin, through national and local veteran initiatives. She is also a proud mother of two sons and a devoted dog mom to three rescue dogs.


Ziah Huett

Assistant Director

Ziah started at the Center for Local Government in early February of 2025. He recently graduated from Xavier University in December 2024, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics. Prior to starting his position as the Assistant Director, Ziah was an intern for the Keep Kearney on Council campaign for the 2023 city council election. After this position, he interned with the Center for Local Government for the Fall 2024 semester, focusing on the Center’s Justified Use of Force Simulator (JUFS) program.

Outside of CLG, Ziah is a member of the America 250 – OH, Hamilton County Committee and a graduate student at Northern Kentucky University, where he is working toward his Master of Arts in Public Administration.
