The Center for Local Government invites you to attend our 2026 Management Skills Mini-Conference for managers, supervisors, and leaders. This event will be held live, in-person on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Mason Community Room in the Mason Municipal Center (6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040); located on the entry level floor.

This course covers safety practices, pre-trip inspection and maintenance of the truck, plow, and spreader.  Additionally, there is discussion of vehicle operation, plowing and salting techniques, and identification of different snow conditions.  This course is all classroom-based – there are no driving exercises.
