The Center tracks pay ranges for over 100 employee positions common to local governments in Southwestern Ohio. This information is useful in local government for CBA negotiations, setting pay for new positions, and ensuring that governments are competitive in the local job market. For each position in the Pay data study, the Center tracks pay range, as well as whether the position is full-time, or part-time, and whether it is part of a bargaining unit.
