Pay and Benefits Studies

The Center collects benefits and pay information from our member governments for benchmarking purposes.  This includes information on things such as pay increases, holidays, vacation time, and sick leave, among other things.  The Center also collects insurance information, such as types of insurance offered, information about deductibles and co-pays, etc.


This information is available to any Center for Local Government member government for review, and can be found under the “member log-in” section.
